After confirming the selected product or service, a secure window with the payment page of JSC Bank CenterCredit will open, where you will need to enter your bank card details. For additional cardholder authentication, the 3-D Secure protocol is used. If your issuing bank supports this technology, you will be redirected to its server for additional identification. Information about the rules and methods of additional identification can be obtained from the bank that issued your card. The online payment service is carried out in accordance with the rules of international payment systems Visa and MasterCard, based on confidentiality and payment security principles. The most up-to-date methods of verification, encryption, and data transmission through secure communication channels are used. Bank card data is entered in a secure window on the payment page of JSC Bank CenterCredit. The payment page requires you to enter your card number, cardholder name, card expiration date, and three-digit security code (CVV2 for Visa or CVC2 for MasterCard). All necessary information is displayed on the surface of the bank card. CVV2/CVC2 is a three-digit security code located on the back of the card. In the same window, your issuing bank’s page will open to enter the 3-D Secure code. If static 3-D Secure is not enabled, the code will be sent to your mobile phone via SMS. If you do not receive the 3-D Secure code, please contact your issuing bank. 3-D Secure is a modern security technology for online card payments. It allows reliable identification of the cardholder and significantly reduces the risk of fraudulent transactions.

JSC Bank CenterCredit protects and processes your bank card data in accordance with the PCI DSS 3.0 security standard. Information is transmitted to the payment gateway using SSL encryption technology. Further transmission occurs via secure banking networks with the highest level of reliability. JSC Bank CenterCredit does not transfer your card data to us or to any third parties. The 3-D Secure protocol is used for additional cardholder authentication. The personal information you provide (name, address, phone number, email, credit card number) is confidential and will not be disclosed. Your credit card details are transmitted only in encrypted form and are not stored on our web server. The security of online payment processing is guaranteed by JSC Bank CenterCredit. All transactions with payment cards are carried out in accordance with the requirements of VISA International, MasterCard, and other payment systems. Specialized security technologies for online card payments are used, and data processing is carried out on a secure high-technology server of the processing company. Payment by card is secure because:

When paying online with bank cards, refunds in cash are not permitted. Refund procedures are governed by the rules of international payment systems.

   Refunds after activation of access to the SHAI VoiceNote Service are not provided, and the service shall be considered fully rendered.
2. 2.
   A refund may be issued to the Customer in case of technical inability to use the SHAI VoiceNote Service due to the fault of SHAI VoiceNote.
3. 3.
   Funds will be refunded using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction.

To request a refund to a bank card, you must complete a “Refund Application Form,” which is provided upon request by the Company via email, and send it along with a copy of your identification document to info@shai.pro . Refunds will be processed to the bank card within 10 business days from the date the Company receives the Refund Application Form. For refunds related to erroneous transactions, a written application must be submitted along with a copy of your identification document and receipts confirming the incorrect charge. The application must be sent to info@shai.pro. The refund amount will equal the purchase amount. The period for review and refund calculation begins from the date the Company receives the application and is counted in business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

A payment may be declined if:

  there are insufficient funds on the card;

  the card details were entered incorrectly;

  the card has expired (the expiration date is usually printed on the front of the card).
